Spawning Trigger/s help

Heya im trying to make a spawning trigger which will trigger when an integer(variable) is greater then 0

there is 5 regions where i want 1 monster to spawn in each but i dont want them to keep spawning unless 1 of the monster gets killed which then i want it to be replaced after about 60 seconds

but also if the integer is 0 i want the units in the regions to be removed until integer is greater then 0.

How would i trigger all this? xD

well that is part of wat i can use but how about when integer = greater then 1 how would i make just 1 unit spawn at the locations i set ?

Nevermind i worked it out
