no, what I meant was that my interpreting with my privilages made you thought it is not advisable to add it to SMs...Acehart I am most sorry but I got banned on my birthday week...damn-noone noticed

Yeah, I doubt you had anything to do with that, either. We were doing away with a lot of SM-related stuff, so that was just more. We basically decided that the "Special" status of this forum should only be a custom title.

Ih2705 (I think his name is it) has 75 rep, I noticed, and seems to be helping.
So why isn't he awarded yet?

Because it is not an automatic thing. Someone has to go and make the change manually which means noticing it first :D It will happen just not immediately.

It means we weren't trying to excessively punish you. Almost all of the SMs retained the ability of their custom title when the status went down.

However, I believe what I suggested before was what happened. Ace only temporarily banned you. The forum set it back after the time he specified, but because Special Members are a custom status, it reverted you to Registered Member, instead.

TH, we might wanna make a note of this, especially if any more SMs get banned. They'll all probably have to get manually set back to the right status. Or we can have a rule that once you're banned you lose the ability until you earn it back.

I could allow HTML in a custom title to whoever I wanted to but I don't believe anyone besides an admin is authorized to do it.

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
