3) I HAVE A SPELL EDITOR PROGRAM, I FIRST HAVE TO IMPORT A SPELL IN ORDER TO EDIT IT, WHERE CAN I IMPORT THE SPELLS FROM (IT SAYS THAT IT'S AN "SLK" FILE NEEDED)?

Newbie question

Sorry but I was trying to change some speels but they don't want to change....! Can someone tell me how to change a spell! For example ...... the ability of one unit to increase the speed of that unit for 4! I tried to take the scroll of haste and change just the duration time and the speed increased but there are no so informations! can't find nothing...! PLZ HELP! thx
