Spell making

I would like to make a new spell called Spell Steal. Who played Dota Allstars knows the Morphiling hero and of course his ultimate. I would realy apreciate any help for this speel to make


Spell Steal
The Morphling can steal a spell cast by any nearby unit. The copied spell is of the same level as it was copied from.
Level 1/2/3.
Mana cost: 150/75/0. Cooldown: 0 seconds

1a. is this spell prement? (aka replaces the ultiamte?)
1b. is this spell times? (aka repaces ultimet for x mintutes then puts ulitimte back)
1c. is this copying? (aka uses spell)
1d. is this spell stealing? (aka tkaes spell redirects it and the spell that was targetd is not cast)
2. need new name Spell Steal is a Spell Breakers spell that uses the same guidelines but steals buffs

I thought that the morphlings ultimet was to become an intel hero or a strengh hero?
