Spells based off on Siphon Mana

spells that are based off on siphon mana for some reason it wont let you target your own units or your allie's it must be an enemy. I checked the Target Allowed box for Friend and i didnt check enemy but it wont lemme target anyof my allies or my own unit. For some reason when i target my units it says must target enemy unit... when i target enemy it says must target friendly unit so the question is, is it true that siphon cannot target friendly units?

I dunno... but why not just like... not base it off of Siphon Mana, and base it off something that targets both.

Maybe the ability is bugged. Some of them don't respond correctly to the targets allowed fields (for instance, I think that if you put Air as a target for Cloud, you can only target ground units, and vice versa). Try putting in both, or putting in the opposite of what you want.
