Stacking Damage return

Is it possible to have 2 spiked carapace abilities and make them stack?

I'm pretty sure damage return doesn't stack.... I think it just uses the damage return of the unit's highest level version of the spell.

I think it might. You could make a trigger to test it. It should come in seperate packets. Does anyone know if thorns aura and carapace stack? If they don't stacking Blade Mail in DotA becomes useless. (uses carapace)
