New effect, A bust of stars like a firework, and a thing trailing down afterward. If you want a version without thing comming down after stars, just ask me and ill make it.

This one is MULTIPLE ones at a time.
This is a single one, Not the best screenshot, but ok.
The less lag version does less stars.

Version 2 [StarBurstNew]: Bright Star instead of Purpleish traseparentish one.
