Starcrat Bw Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, i can log into battle.net just fine, and make a game, but after the countdown goes to 0 my computer gets messed up, and it idles a black screen untill i ctrl+alt+del starcraft. Blizzard recommends deleting a b.netcahes file or something, which has proven to be completely worthless. So im j/w wtf do i do? reinstalling seems logical, but this already happened once, so i reinstalled it. and it happens again. so if n e one knows what to do pleas please please tell! my AIM sn is: pr0digy225 if u have any help for me! thanks!
