No, slow does not work because I want to wait for the projectile; tried using slow myself.

I'm not 100% sure if this works, but you can go into Object Editor and where it says: "Level 1 - Stats - Buffs"

Make it "Slowed".

And i dont think that would work(the Slow SFX will come, but the target wont be able to move, as if it is stunned)

Ok I'm gonna assume you don't want to use storm bolt, 'cus even with 0.01 stun, it still interrupts and whatnot.

And you don't want to use slow, because its a an autocast ability.

Acid bomb is fine, you just need make some adjustments:
- Set the armor penalty to 0
- Attack speed reduction to 0
- Damage interval to 0
- Primary damage to 0
- Secondary damage to 0
- Area of affect to 0

Then you change movement speed reduction to whatever you want, but if you want to reduce speed make sure you put a minus number, and to get a number less than -10, hold shift.

Then you can play with the animations, buffs, text etc.

What? I said to base it off Death Coil. Death Coil does not stun...

Death Coil can only target non-undead enemies and undead allies.

You can try Chain Lightning.

Ah, forgot about the damage.
But yeah, dealing damage is like one line instead of like 5 for a dummy to cast Slow.
