Strange bug mabey?

Alright, Im making a hero arena map, and everythings going fine. That is until i try to level my character and none of the heroes will level past level 5. Even when i try creating a character at map initialization that is level 6 and leveling him, he just wont seem to gain any experience from any kills. Ive checked the gameplay constants, and it all seems to be fine. Anyone else have this problem? I never have before. I have no idea how to fix it. Ive put over 100 hours into this map and im absolutely not gonna do it over again,s o please help!!
 
Yeah, hero maximum level is 10, like normal. Ill check out the experiene thing tho. THX
