Strange D2 Problem / War2BNE/BW Problem

On D2:LOD Closed Battle.net, after exiting a game, half of the time I will get a black screen for about 3 minutes, followed by a frozen chat screen for another 3. I know it isnt a problem with computer speed or anything, seeing how exiting games works fine about half the time.

Onto my War2Bne/BW Problem, on battle.net in chat, My latency is always shown as 6r. In games, however, I'll be 1g as I should be with a cable connection. This is more of an annoyance than a problem to me.

Any help on either of these problems would be appreciated.

Diablo II Problem - Delete the bncache.dat file in your Diablo II directory. Open up your computer if you are confortable doing so and dust it. Half the time, freezing problems in Diablo II are caused by dust blocking computer parts and causing overheating activity.

Warcraft II BNE/Starcraft Problem - No need to worry about it. If you don't lag in the game, what's the difference if your latency is shown as high in the chat rooms ? If you haven't done so already, delete the bncache.dat file in your Starcraft/WarIIBNE directory. This has helped me reduce the bars to 1 green in the chat rooms.

Then again, maybe you do lag because your logging onto far away servers. if everything else doesnt work, try changing servers, e.g.: you usually log onto usease.battle.net, try changing to uswest.battle.net
