Stretching Image Across Screen

Hello, I have a quick question: how do I import an image file and then show it in my map, stretching it across the screen?
 
Its called a fade filter... the size is prbrably 800x600 but im not sure. Probrably needs to be .blp format to (Check the MPQ for that panda one)
 
or look at the tutorials, theres one on fade filters, i think...
 
Ohh... I saw that Fade Filter tutorial, but I wasn't sure it was gonna do what I wanted... Since it does, I have another question: can it fade to another image or does it have to fade back into the game then fade into another image again?
