Stun Trigger

Im Sure many of you have played Dota Allstars. One of the heroes (The Faceless Void) has an ability called timestop that stuns all units on the map for a few units.

Can anyone let me know how I could set this trigger up?

I could tell it, but I strongly recommend against it. Since this would effectively stop all gameplay for other players. That greatly reduces fun for the rest. Think about it.

Its an event that only would happen once, and would only last a few seconds so can you please help me out?

[Pick every unit in unit group and do action]
Pick every unit in (units in (playable map (matching ((owner of (matching unit)) is not equal to (owner of (casting unit)))) and do (pause (picked unit))
Wait 5 seconds
Pick every unit in (units in (playable map (matching ((owner of (matching unit)) is not equal to (owner of (casting unit)))) and do (unpause (picked unit))

I think he used a thunderclap, with incredible area of effect, targets heros only, and no spell graphics.
