Stunning shockwave

I am trying to make a shockwave that stuns 3 enemies, and reduced stuns on heroes, how would I do that?

You should try using the ability Impale instead. That stuns the enemies and it shoots in a straight line. You would just have to change the animation and icons and stuff.

How do I change the amount of units it stuns and the reduced stun on heroes?

Its in the Object Editor, under the Abilites tab and the ability "Impale". It should be under the Data section.

Impale doesn't allow you to specify how many units it can target. If you want to limit how many targets can be hit, try modifying forked lightning.
