For some bizarre reason (probably having something to do with kitten running around on my keyboard) the menu bar is no longer in my explorer (NOT Internet Explorer, that's fine).
I can't see it, but pressing alt acts like I moved focus to it. I've tried stretching things out and fiddling with the dividers, but it still isn't there.

Anybody know how to make it come back?

And how do I access the menu to do that when I can't see the menu?

Alt+V makes windows beep at me
Alt then V does the same thing.
?

format

haha.....um go to control panel and see if you can acess settings for folders somewhere.

I'm not even gonna ask what the "Nasty" drive is for. :P

Just have your cat run back across the keyboard the other way. o_O

It's NastyBasty but stupid windows put Chunkey right in the middle.

Kitten has run across keyboard several times ): now she won't leave my feet alone, again.

This sucks, can't wait until I format...

OK this is a little complicated to explain--not difficult-- just hard to tell.
Open the My Computer window, 'looking to your right'-- on the top-- in the toolbar you will see a small double arrow. Ok right click the toolbar and uncheck the lock toolbar line. There should appear separators between various buttons on the toolbar. Click the arrows, it should show a button called File. Drag back the separator next to the arrows until you see the File button appear permamently on the toolbar. Then drag the separator(next to the File button) up where the menu use to be. It should go back.
If the file button isn't present, try unchecking all the list of options , when you right click the toolbar.
Sometimes you have to uncheck and recheck, drag and cuss before you get it back the right way.
Be sure you unlock the toolbar first or you won't get the drag feature.
This will ever make no sense or help you.

The menu was hidden behind the standard buttons, as soon as I turned them off it appeared and I was able to reposition as usual.
Thanks.

Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots

Weekend went by too fast. Next weekend I am going to try to do a nature thing - buddy of mine lives by the Colorado river and has some kayaks and invited me to do some kayaking from a place he knows to get on the river.

I wonder how all these bots that sit on the lastest content page get passed anubis or maybe they did not but they are just registering on whos online
  • The Helper The Helper:

  • Ghan Ghan:
The first gate is stopping all the bots that don't execute javascript.
  • Ghan Ghan:
That's the main thing with Anubis - no Javascript, no site. Typically you can still get the site to load without Javascript.
  • The Helper The Helper:
I remember the whole javascript thing, question - how many real people disable that?
  • The Helper The Helper:
Hell I guess I could go back on the stats to know that - we probably capture that and we know the before and after
  • Ghan Ghan:
Real users can't really disable Javascript anymore these days.
  • Ghan Ghan:
The internet is broken without it.
  • Ghan Ghan:
    Bot readable, not human usable.
