Summoning Buildings

I don't know whether this is a common question (Though I didn't see it anywhere), or if I'm just really stupid. But how can I summon buildings (rather than wait at the construction site) without the builder being Undead?

There isnt a way you must have an undead builder if you want to summon endlesly (like in TD's)

You can just base it on the acolyte, change the summoning icon and remove the undead flag from it.
