If you go to either exiles or duo's myspace they let you download half their songs for free.

:banghead: you obviously didn't realize then that only one of the songs on both of their myspace are off Below the Heavens.

underground music being pirated is quite the problem. I also like how your involvement in only the gaming industry changed your view on piracy, but only for gaming, anything else you think people shouldn't worry about it. I don't find this even remotely relevant to anything said so far. Regardless of their single song duo, they provide half their music for free, If they aren't making enough money it's more then likely on behalf of their terrible self-promotional skills.

I fail to see any point your trying to make with this.

You make far too many assumptions little shroom.

I've been involved in 3 out of the 4 i listed. The only one i haven't being programs.. I've done 2 years of videography, I've been involved intimately in music for the last 9 months, and of coarse I've been dabbling in gaming and websites since i joined TH. My bias is not related to my affinity for games.

You don't seem to be grasping the concept i am putting forth here, If you pirate music, your screwing the record label, not the artist. If you pirate movies, you are screwing the producer, not the actors/directors or the crew.

If Sweden was to do that watch Blizzard ban the Swiss from Battle.net and WoW. The Swiss would be a bunch of proxy people after that.

The thing is WoW is very hard to pirate because you need an activation key , and keygens dont work either ( codes need to be activated when baught ). Also the game is up for download everywhere.

Warcraft is similar , you can get the game but you won't be able to get battle net.

Which is kind of worse, it's free, the same, and... they lose money.
