They take away those fans from people who deserve it.

They're not the only ones that can play play energetic music you know.

well. i dont like their music, and the fact that miley cyrus pole dances, yet she wants to be a good role model for kids. What kind of sense does that make.

I agree with Tru Power. Other people deserve fame. Then again. Maybe the fame and fortune screwed with them. I have no idea.

what are you trying to say tru power? that music is only suppose to be all complicated and true talent?

i admit that i too dislike them getting so much fame, but do you think the fans who listen to them appreciate classical music or more meaningful music? no. theres alot of different people out there, and its their choice what music they listen to, not the artist. You can't blame them for being so good at marketing their music and making themselves look good.

To me music is whatever sounds good, anything that captures my attention, it doesnt have to be complicated and or more talented people, just have to sound good thats all.

    So what's the argument again?

@Tru_Power, you're interpreting music as how you interpret it, thus being biased.
Music is really any form of sound, auditory communication. o.o
Why do you uh, get angry because of the world? If the general mass don't like your style of music... is it their fault?
    Taylor Swift is catchy, hah.

And it's not someone's decision to see who deserves fame or not. You earn it in whatever way. End of story. Music's not the only industry where other talents aren't recognize, but you shouldn't... not like... someone else because of that.

good music is any person's interpretation. So. If you have this AMAZINGLY horrible song. There might be some person out there that likes it. Maybe.

Personally, I think she plays good music. But the message and the attitude she portrays is just horrible.

The attitude of a happy young woman and the message of "I like to sing about relationships and boys"?

Hmm. You're right. Very deadly aspects there.

She has some of the most kid-friendly pop music. She doesn't seem snotty either, so I don't seem the problem. Message-wise.

    Speak Now, new album. :)
I like her old songs, but there are some great ones here, too.
Her songs here are more deep I think. And longer.
