I want to make players have alot of options where if they are all on one team then it'll make the game were all 4 plaers team up to destroy the computer's base and if they are all on different teams then they have to destroy each other's base. is there a way to do this?

Isn't that what normal melee maps are already doing?
(Melee Game - Enforce victory/defeat conditions (for all players))


Anything in your map that prevents the ususal melee way?
What kind of map?

what? no melee maps don't allow you to have an option where if your on teams then your objective is to destroy the computer and if your not then your objective isd to destroy each other.

does the computer player's base exist in both situations or just the first one?

Ok this is the set up of my map. Each player is put on in the middle of one side of the map depending on what race they pick. The computer has 5 bases, one in the middle (main) and one in each of the four corners of the map. Well...hmm..... give me a second to figure this out because I really don't have to do anything if they are on a team because either way their first goal is to destroy the computers so theyll stop attacking.

Well, I was under the impression that standard winning means
all your enemies are dead...
Or, the other way around, if your team wins,
you win too...

I could be wrong of course


I guess then, that more details about your map setup are required.

Ok I forgot one HUGE detail in my map,(oops) I want it where if players are on a team then a computer base pops up in the middle of the map. And if they aren't on a team then there is no computer base. Can I do this?

Probably.

You can have tests like:

If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
    If - Conditions
        (Player 1 (Red) is an ally of Player 2 (Blue)) Equal to True
    Then - Actions
    Else - Actions

and act accordingly.


Are your players able to switch alliance settings on the fly?
