Could you make tutorial on terraining Outland or give me some tip where can I get that.
I think outland is one of hardest terrains to do.

Great Terrain

Question for anyone... I've used this tutorial before, changed the pitch to -1.5 and had the tree look 'fallen' for me.

Now I'm trying to do it again, but the editor won't let me input a - number EVEN THOUGH I have the 'allow negative numbers' in the preferences checked.

Any thoughts?

Didn' t knew this sub-forum is so active. Read it all and I think it is great. It looks simple thanks to you otherwise it wouldn' t be so "easy" at all. Good work.

Woah, it is good to see this again. I read this way back in 2006 when I wasn't even a member, but I read it on WET.

Firsta of all, great tutorial two thumbs up.

Secondly, additionaly one could use Felwood Stump Hollow with tinting:

Otherwise the trees have fallen from the sky since they have no roots pulled up with them.

Lowering the River Rushes at the edges makes more of a natural feel (in my opinion)

River Rushes can be rescaled in all ways XZY so for thoose who are planning on making wast terrains this would save doodads.
In addition you can overlapse the Rushes this way and rotate them to make a more dense feeling without wasting many doodads.

Couldn't think of anymore right now, very good job though :)

    Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality

    Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    It is just not easy to fix styles and customize but it definitely can be done

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
