Text events why dont they work?

This is the trigger that wont work:

Fairs
Events
Player - (Owner of Taxi 0018 <gen>) types a chat message containing -fair as An exact match
Conditions
Actions
Unit Group - Remove all units from Taxiunitgroup
Quest - Display to (All players) the Quest Update message: A Fair has been fou...
Unit Group - Add (Random unit from (Units in (Playable map area) owned by Neutral Extra)) to Taxiunitgroup
Cinematic - Ping minimap for (All players) at (Position of (Random unit from Taxiunitgroup)) for 5.00 seconds

**Note** Taxi 0018 is given to player in a connecting trigger
Can some one find the bug?

I think this is the malfunctioning part:

Player - (Owner of Taxi 0018 <gen> ) types a chat message containing -fair as An exact match

Try using these Events and Conditon instead:

Events:
- Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing -fair as An exact match
- Player - Player 2 (Blue) types a chat message containing -fair as An exact match
- Player - Player 3 (Teal) types a chat message containing -fair as An exact match
- ...(do this for every player in your game)
Conditions: (Player Comparison)
- (Owner of Taxi 0018 <gen> ) Equal to Triggering Player
