Text to speech prank caller

Ok, not sure if this is supported, but does anyone know of a text-to-speech prank caller that actually works?

Like you would enter a #

And then a specified voice type and some text, and the online machine thing, would call that person and read the text to them, usually under the name and number that you can also make the caller ID read.

Great fun.

and i would not condone that. please do not post any links to those things, it is first and foremost illegal to do so, and those services are meant to be used by people with REAL problems.

prank calling in any way shape or form is illegal though. keep that in mind, so this thread is kind of borderline...

remember it only takes a few idiots to mess things up for the people who really need them.

Text to speech would be useless if you cant hear the speech, and no, they have actual prank programs.

Actually its very legal, as long as you dont take it too far or too serious, I've checked this up beforehand

the call must be done without the intent to "annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass". Arguably then, if the intent of the call is to amuse, confuse, or simply to engage the call's recipient, there is no violation of the Telecommunications Act

Doing it to my friends, most of the time only once, and they too think its funny, so there is no harm done at all.
Its not like im calling the police or bomb threat places.

Its to amuse me and my friends, most of the time the person on the other line too, or sometimes to confuse.

Theres no harm done for gods sake, i already said that. I know what im doing. My dad is a cop and my mom works in court.

Yes, its fun to make up your own, especially about inside jokes and the such, but having a funny sounding voice that you know wont laugh and sounds so fake it just so funny

I don't think he has the intention of calling them over and over again... and has trust issues.

Would I would do is use the one on your computer and just get a headset and modify it up so that you can put it near the phone.

number one lol, no cuz the people running the programm will cease and disist, and to number to just use skype or ipcall with a controller to change the input from mic etc etc.
