The computer is shutting down!

I have a wierd problem with my computer. When i play games like Battlefield 2142, Garry's Mod and other fullscreen games, the computer just shuts down after like 10 min and its so annoying!

Anyone know the problem and/or know how to fix it?

You might need a new graphics card.

This happens on my sister's computer, and it has a 9800GT but it happens on more GPU intensive games and only after 30-90 minutes.

You said it happens with FULL SCREEN games, perhaps try Windowed Mode to see if it makes a difference? And turn all the graphics settings WAY down or use a Troubleshoot Launcher if it has one to make sure it isn't a graphics related issue, also download the latest graphics drivers for your VGA.

well i dont know about a computer shutting down(like the power going to it is "cut" if you will) but i Do know your drivers can crash so i suggest try updateing your windows and see if your drivers are also up to date
