This is an old poem I posted up at forums.dota-allstars.com. It was a big hit back then 
To all that have read and commented thanks for reading and commenting!
Notes:
- VISAGE + DESO + CUIRASS RUUULLLLLEEESSS!!!
- I prefer Furbolgs over Centaurs. Don't know why.
- Boots of Travel is a good item for Tinker. If you don't give him BoT, then....
- Sheepstick means Guinsoo, if you don't know.
- 'Z' is Tinker's hotkey.
- Crow-refilling the bottle is famous in our place, since they like to play with no powerups.
- I started making this poem on March 10 and ended May 16! That's about 2 months.
The Girl That Plays D-O-T-A
Thinking as I walk across the busy town again
Gonna play D-O-T-A this 2 o'clock P.M.
Should I pick Lina Inverse or go with Nerubian Weaver?
Or pick Fuzzy Wuzzy and farm for Messerchmidt's Reaver
And as I climb the uphill road to the internet cafe
I saw a dazzling beauty that was not so far away
Noticed that I saw her eyes looking over to mine
Today seems such a lucky day of all that's good and fine
She entered the cafe and I can't help but stare
Everything about her will never make me feel despair
My friends have noticed that I looked like a blasted fool
And bonked me with a keyboard and beat me with a stool
We then started to play and I was filled with glee
The version of the DOTA was 6.57b
Too bad Storm and Undying hasn't been remade
Should I pick Axe, 'ol Mogul Khan with his stalwart Cunning Blade
Once I turned around to see the woman next to me
The girl I saw was by my side, oh how lucky this can be
Astonished as I saw what she was gonna do--
Double-clicking Frozen Throne, oh she plays DOTA, too!
She asked me, "Can I join?" And I nodded hastily
Soon enough the game was starting, my heart beat nervously
Can't decide a hero and the timer's ending soon
I peered over her monitor; saw Priestess of the Moon
Shaking fingers, I decide to type the good old -random
And out came on my screen was the Silencer, ol' Nortrom
I bought my branches and my tangos and went to top lane
And from the shadows of the Scourge, Mirana Nightshade came
Heart pounding, I try to last-hit but somehow I cannot
Her face, her body, just so gorgeous she's so very hot
Outfarmed and outdenied I harass her with my glaive
But then it was a nightmare when level 6 they came.
Mirana disappeared, yeah she turned on invisibility
Then in a second, her allies Troll; Enchantress came to me
Troll permabashed me; I did not notice PotM's arrow
Enchantress with Impetus kept shooting--my health narrow
Then the screen said "First Blood!", I pound the keyboard and shout "Damn!"
GirlyGirl pwned Alex's head; Assists R3X/CRAZYMAN
"Hee hee hee" I hear her laughing in a mocking way
My teammates flamed me constantly, oh what a lucky day.
The battle ended and we lost; it's all because of me
Forgetting all my skills, my items and sometimes couldn't flee
Whenever I attack she sometimes drop her bag below the red
I pick it up--ooh smooth legs--then in my screen, I was dead!
That girl in the cafe is one girl I can't forget
She pwned my head a lot of time--8 kills to 0 deaths
"DotA ain't for girls," I say but now I can't believe
That such a beauty beat me up so quick and senselessly
One day, I saw her once again, her beauty seems unmatched
Playing D-O-T-A I decide that I should watch
Her hero, Rylai Crestfall just got a Triple Kill
When she cast a Freezing Field--her enemies stunned--yeah she is so unreal
Then I met her one more day, I asked her on a date
She laughed and said, "Come beat me and I'll accept your offer, mate!"
A 1-on-1 with a girl? Yeah, sure I can handle that
But if I lose, then that's a shame they'll laugh at me--oh drat!
We met one Thursday afternoon, a hot and scorching day
She smiled and said, "You ready?"; "Anytime, of course!" I say.
She sat on a computer that was right there next to mine
The very place that we were at when she pwned me the last time!
The game it was just starting when spectators came to watch
"Oh damn," I thought and slapped my forehead--this is just too much
I didn't notice that she picked her hero--Lina Inverse
When I by accident pressed Z, and out came there was Tinker!
"Oh damn," I shouted once again, I didn't play as Boush
"Get a bottle"s what she said, I slapped my forehead--ouch!
I didn't like using the bottle, the worst item of all
Crows and shifts are not my forte, those shall be my downfall.
The creeps arrived, I went to mid, sweat running from my face
If I fail then she is someone I can never face
I checked the number 4, my crow, I hope that I'll be fine
The bottle's not my thing, but I do hope it will shine
I met her and she greet me with a painful Dragon Slave
I laughed and then I countered with a beam of laser wave
She smiled and then she casted on the ground her Light Strike Array
I grinned and then I shot my missile shooting on her way
"First Blood!" The screen shouted after a series of some skills
Yes, I pwned her, that was the first time I made a kill (on her)
She laughed and she said, maddened, "How did you end up like that?!"
I said, "My Hood it did the trick to face the worse--your wrath!"
"YES!" I stood and screamed too loud that people turned, annoyed
Bothered from their surfing, oh that scream I can't avoid
The woman that I played with turned to me and then she giggled
I looked into her eyes oh such a beauty--I am shackled
A minutes later I finally had Boots of Travel
But my thoughts were wandering to things I'll yet unravel
What's her name, should I ask now or wait 'til the right time?
What's her number, what's her Facebook should I try and give out mine?
I resumed and farmed and beated all the neutrals with my March
Unknown to me she came when I turned into an arch
She met me with 2 Furbolgs--damn--and then Laguna Blade
I died and then she laughed--oh the noise that we both made
It's not over there's still time I could still farm a Sheepstick
To tilt the tide between her wrath yeah it would do the trick
I pushed mid hard and earned a lot of money now this time.
Shoot my missiles out to her but then the tower was denied
Damn it, damn it, damn it! DAMN! That tower was big bucks
Enough to buy that Guinsoo, oh I guess I'm out of luck
I countered her with Missiles and some lasers and a Dagon
But she survived with 5 more health when she passed that Meat Wagon
The game it somehow ended and I lost, yeah fine I did
She pushed so hard and she pwned me--it's awesome I can't win
So much for that one awesome date, so much for a good time
So much for asking for her name, her Facebook and her whole life
But then she said, "It's fine, it's good I really had a blast."
So does this mean she will accept and we'll have that date at last?
I couldn't wait for her response, sweat running from my face
I kept calm but deep inside, I need her answer--and with haste!
"So does this mean that you agree with that one date?" I asked.
She smiled and then she gave me an answer that I wanted fast
"No," is what she said as she shook her head most calmly
I frowned and kept humility when I wanted to scream loudly
"No, I meant not today, tomorrow at the least,"
She said, I smiled and in in my mind I threw a party and a feast
I held her hand and then I was greeted with a slap
"Don't go fast you jerk I only met you for a while!" (Crap!)
"I'm sorry!" Was what I said, but then she turned towards the exit
Away from the computer shop OH WTF WHAT DID I JUST DO TO GET THIS!?!?
I made chase for her outside but then she turned around
She gave me a big kiss on the lips--I can't believe what I have found
"You're cute, you're charming, you're adorable I know," she starts to say
After that big kiss she gave I can't control my ways
"I gave you what you wanted now I'm sorry I must go,
It was nice playing with a jerk like you as a foe."
"Thanks," I say I'm stupefied I can't believe all that had happened
Such impossibilities could never happen to me like this
But then, someone patted to me on my back
To wake me from my deepest slumber--what the...I WAS SLEEPING?!?!
I woke up shocked at what I found inside the computer shop
"Hey, you fell asleep and you were also talking at that,"
I can't believe it was a dream--when did I? It was so real...
That girl I met was she a person or is she just surreal?
The next day, I was thinking as I walk the town again
Gonna play D-O-T-A this 2 o'clock P.M.
Should I pick my fave Panda or go with the Sacred Warrior?
Or pick Visage the Necro'lic and go for Cuirass-Desolator?
And as I climb the uphill road to the internet cafe
There she was the girl I saw who's not so far away
I looked into her eyes and she stared right back to mine
"Hello," she said, she waved her hands, her beauty's such a crime
"I know you!" is what I said, "You're the girl that I played with..."
"Yes, that's me, and I know you, we played that Thursday, about evening...
You fell asleep during our game, and you we're also talking!"
I can't believe what I just did--I lost the chance of dating!!
"But don't worry, let's play again sometime some other day,
And if you win I'll have a date with you some time" is what she says.
I never won, somehow I never got that date
'Coz all the time she pwned my head, oh damn it's what I hate!
I never got to know her number, I never knew her name
I never knew her Facebook, and anything about her
Somehow I will keep trying and someday I will defeat her
To get that date that I've been longing for my whole life that I wanted!
