two...its just a design...it doesn't exist yet.
three...japs thought about doing similar work fifteen years ago but in black and white. they failed.

Keyboard looks sleek and really good, so it's like a 'live' keyboard; A keybaord that displays the numbers rather than having them painted on? Sounds cool; Expensive, but cool.

you cannot create a seperate display for each button on the keyboard without having it cost less than 5000 dollars. and the wiring inside the keyboard would be so intense it would even be funny

I agree --- very customizable, it seems. It may put the mouse out of business if it becomes widely accessible to all classes and industries

it looks like it works for only the 10 programs on the side anyways. even tho the screenshots say it differently.

two...its just a design...it doesn't exist yet.

of course it exists, did you think they made up those screenshots on the website completely in photoshop or something? it exists as a prototype, and the consumer-end product is currently in production. There is a way to go yet, of course.

By the way, w/e, the mouse isn't at all neccessary for computing. For a while after I lost my mouse a few months ago I used the number pad as a mouse.

It wasn't uncomfortable, it was slow. However, that doesn't mean that the mouse is a neccessity, only that it makes things a bit quicker.

Also, the fact that they do industrial design doesn't mean that they do industrial pictures. Look at the stuff in that part of the portfolio. A good amount of it is in stores or almost in stores.

And you think it takes a year to completely finish and advanced peice of technology? Wel, they've most likel;y b een working on it for over 3 years now. One year is mostly marketing and tweaking, dude.

it doesn'y say when in 2006...it could be december
not a year. they'll probably have popps, posters, billboards, w/e in 3 months. but theyre probably on the last wiring stages.
