Can you made me a simple spell for me?

this is the description :
shoot an arrows that dealing damage equal to triggering unit intelligence. Each shoot give a chance to recover mana equal to triggering unit intelligence, the targeted unit will get debuff that if the targeted unit died (which is has that debuff) by this arrows the unit would blast and deal damage around him equal to triggering unit intelligence. Passively increase int bonus per level.

Ability type : activeable/deactiveable
Max level : 4
damage type : pure.
cast range : 600
blast range (aoe) : 200 AoE
chance to recovery : 2,5% /5% /7,5% /10%
increase bonus mana : 2 /4 /6 /8
debuff duration : 3 second (all level)
uses mana : equal to hero "intelligence"
cooldown : 3 /2 /1 /0

some addition :
I need a Floating text of damage to the target

im sorry for the late Edit, my freind said it must be in GUI rather than vJASS.
But its ok for me what the better, vJASS or GUI which one easier.

Spell name : judgement day.

Gui/MUI

Could you please create some spell that like Zeus thunder god wrath,but its hits random place(could hero,structure,creep,ground)and its AoE global of course.
After impact give it Razor static field animation then when animation end start Sand king epicentre skill animaton.
All with damage.
The thunder has lvl 1/2/3 : 150/200/250 damage if hits unit,lvl 1/2/3 : 120/170/220 if hits structure,none if hits ground.
The static field lvl 1/2/3 : 300/600/900 AoE with lvl 1/2/3 : 100/200/300 damage.
The epicentre lvl 1/2/3 : 275/375/475 AoE
50 damage/pulse lvl 1/2/3 : 6/9/12 pulse.

Mana 50/sec
Coldown 120/100/80

Chaneling as long as the caster still have mana(like pulse nova)but every this skill killing an unit,the caster regain mana 200 all level.
And please make the animation fast,i mean maybe 1 sec there are 5 thunder that hits random place.

Not everybody knows what Zeus, Razor, sand king and the abilities epicenter, thunder god's wrath, static field and pulse nova are. Give more details on how they work and the effects.

thunder god wrath
Strikes down all enemy heroes with a bolt of lightning. but make it strike random place.

Static Field
releases a wave energetic plasma which grows in power as it extends outwards. Deals damage to units both on expansion and on contraction.

Epicentre
Sends a disturbance into the earth, causing it to shudder violently(the pulse). All caught within range will take damage and become slowed. The closer to the epicenter, the more damage taken. like earthquake IMO

Seeing there's so many requests... I thought I'd do one. Completed Soul Management. I couldn't find a way to add and remove maximum mana, only to add permanent maximum mana, so I didn't add mana at all.

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
