This is wierd

Ok, i sjut got Battlefield 1942. I installedit and did all that crap but then once i load a single player game or multiplayer game, it crashes. It crashes in the middle of loading it and i hear a ding sound. By thw way my specs are
1.5ghz P5
256 SDram
Ati Radeon 7000 Evil Wizard 64mb
Windows ME

I did not upgrade my driver because when i try to install the newest ones i get a error message. It says kernnl.dll error...
Would appreciate it if u can help me out, thanks.
