Tooltips and using of hashtag-values

For instance this tooltip:
<c val="#UnitName">Can attack ground and air units.</c>

The color value "UnitName", where is it defined and is it possible to define my own?

Been googling without any luck.

Edit: given up on this for now, coming back to it when I've found it out myself...
