Tranquility Targets

I'm trying to make a channeling self-heal spell.
I searched the forum and found another thread about this, but it had no answer.
So now i ask all you ability-editor-masters, which targets should the ability have to just target self???
I have tried these:
Air, Ground, Self Heals noone
Air, Ground, Friend Affects friendly units & self
And a bunch of others, but nothing works.

omg this is too easy, just set targets to "self" and nothing else, its that simple

Set the area effect to 0.01
