Tribal Wars is an online browser-based game where you have your own village. You start out with basic buildings in your village which you need to upgrade and then build more advanced buildings, and eventually expand into more settlements.
There is diplomacy in the game which allows you to make allies, enemies and trading partners and you can join or create a tribe with your friends which is basically a clan or guild.
Once your village is past the basic starting point, you will be able to start training troops, which you can send out to enemy villages and pillage them for resources, whilst keeping some men back to defend your own.
