New User (Why do I keep getting those red bars?)

This isn't really a question i'm struggaling with, I just want some simple advise 
. I have a number of abilitys, that, when activated, trigger a JASS script that does the real stuff. What ability should I use for spells that, when you click them, they activate right away, and for a spell where you click on, and then click in the game. (For passive abilitys, I already use Flying Machine Bombs.)
