when one of my units enters a region to activate a trigger how can i make "trigger activated" appear on screen?

Display Game Message (Trigger Activated!)

EDIT- Oh, and that trigger will run if any single unit goes into that region. If you want it only to trigger with a certain type of unit or a single unit, you must create conditions to specify that.
