trigger help for spawning enemies

Im workin on a kind of a TowerDefence but with units instead of towers, and i need a little..no Big trigger help.

1.How to make units respawn a specific time?

2.how to make units to wait until first wave is gone to spawn?

3.how to make levels??

4.How to make the (in this case)unitdefence get a timelimit or to win after last level?

5.how to make lives to every player?

6.how to make units explode when they leak through a players defence?

7.Where do i press to custom abilities?

(Generally)
Create new custom ability in the object manager
Choose a base ability to make it from (its a good idea to base it off something that works of similar mechanics... ie... If its an aura, use something like Endurance Aura as a base etc.)
Edit the new custom Ability to the values you want. Look at the values you have to choose from, decide how you want your unit to be affected.

Assign any art to go with the ability. Special effects, etc.
Assign the ability to your item/unit/doodad.

Done.
