Trigger Help...

I can't seem to get this trigger to work:

Its like a job in LOAP, you step into a region (under the Circle of Power) and it gives you the job with various other abilties to get gold in the job, but it seems that when you want to get the job, the Circle of Power won't change color and let you have the job...Please look into this:

(Owner of Bank Job 0031 <gen>) Equal to Player 12 (Brown)
(Owner of Paperwork Job 0025 <gen>) Not equal to (Owner of (Triggering unit))

Unit - Change ownership of Bank Job 0031 <gen> to (Owner of (Triggering unit)) and Change color

The Highlighted is what I think is wrong...

try changing the stetting for circle of power uder allow custom teams colors and make it true maybe that will work.

You can change the setting for custom team collors in the Object editor. The circle of power is in the Units section under "Neutral Passive - Campaign - Buildings" theres three so make sure you edit the right one. The option is in the art section.

Umm ... I think the problem is the trigger not working, not that the circle of power can't change colour. The line of code:

Unit - Change ownership of Circle of Power (medium) 0000 <gen> to Player 1 (Red) and Change color

works perfectly in a no-condition trigger.

I agree that the problem lies within the conditions. All of your trigger should work.
If the map is small enough you could post it on this thread and we could get it working in no time.

Otherwise, try debugging it by making many small triggers, eg,

Debug
    Events
        Unit - A unit enters Region 013 <gen>
    Conditions
(Owner of Paperwork Job 0025 <gen>) Not equal to (Owner of (Triggering unit)) 
    Actions
        Quest - Display to (All players) the Quest Update message: PING

and if it doesn't PING hen you know the problem is in that particular condition. Try to do this to the entire trigger until it works.

<PS> Do not use this method as a matter of course. It is justthe easiest way I can think of to communicate a debug method to you, without saying "do it yourself".
