how could i make it so that when you enter a region a movie comes up and then ends and goes back to the game??

Conditions:
Actions:
Turn Cinematic mode on for all players
Turn on letterbox mode
Pause all units
Apply Camera object timed etc. etc.

Unpause all units
Turn off Cinematic mode
Turn off letterbox

If you want to play an imported movie, you would use something like:

Movie Time!
    Events
        Unit - A unit enters Your Region
    Conditions
    Actions
        Unit - Pause all units
        Cinematic - Play the cinematic movie called Your Movie

else use Husky's way if you want it to be a cinematic.

        Unit - A unit enters No region
    Conditions
    Actions
        Cinematic - Turn cinematic mode On for (All players)
        Cinematic - Turn on letterbox mode (hide interface) for (All players): fade out over 2.00 seconds
        Camera - Apply (Current camera) for Player 1 (Red) over 0.00 seconds
        Cinematic - Send transmission to (All players) from No unit named That Random Guy: Play No sound and display Did, you know about....  Modify duration: Set to 5.00 seconds and Wait
        Cinematic - Send transmission to (All players) from No unit named Another Random Guy: Play No sound and display Umm, do I know you,....  Modify duration: Set to 5.00 seconds and Wait
        Wait 2.00 seconds
        Cinematic - Turn off letterbox mode (show interface) for (All players): fade in over 2.00 seconds
        Cinematic - Turn cinematic mode Off for (All players)
