{Triggering} Transports

Add this to the last of the 'then' statements in the second trigger. But it really doesn't matter, unless you wanted to do something else....

Trigger:
  • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
    • If - Conditions
      • (Name of (Picked unit)) Equal to Elven Archer
    • Then - Actions
    • Else - Actions


Once again I don't think that brings us any closer to finding out what Gnome Ark did the unloading, we can't even trigger an event if a unit is unloaded(if we could I would have a few solutions, even if other unloading variables didn't exist).

If you arn't striving for perfection, may I suggest:

Trigger:
  • Actions
    • Unit - Remove Pheonix Fire from (Random unit from (Units within aDistance of (Position of (Picked unit))))


If you want to remove the pheonix fire when the archer is removed...use this. Make the distance something really small, like 50, or whatever floats the boat. Though I really don't like triggers that trigger on time based events, unless it is under one event/second

Uh, yeah, in your first trigger you posted in this thread, you removed a unit from a unit group, but for a small amount of time, a unit existed in two unit groups :D

So yes it can have be in 2 unit groups.

Make sure you see the update I made to my last post.

Cause I just played with the triggers and found out that unload is a target object order.
Trigger:
  • Melee Initialization
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Is issued an order targeting an object
    • Conditions
      • And - All (Conditions) are true
        • Conditions
          • (Unit-type of (Target unit of issued order)) Equal to Rifleman
          • (Unit-type of (Ordered Unit)) Equal to Goblin Zeppelin
          • (Issued order) Equal to (Order(unload))
    • Actions
      • Unit - Create 1 Chicken for Player 1 (Red) at (Player 1 (Red) start location) facing Default building facing degrees


And it works ^_^.
So how will this help? Remember I add too long If/Then/Else? I'll repeat it again ^_^

Oh nice dude, it gives the order to the UNITS INSIDE the transport? lmao nice!


I am sure many people will find a use for this :D

Remove your ability from the [triggering unit] and bam, always good to close a case!
