Triggers will not fire (was Newbie Question)

Why when I make triggers I cannot fire them ? When I click on the check box to enable them the WE "says" that there are 5844 compile errors. I've taken triggers from the section "free triggers", but I cannot fire them

Unit - Create 1 Grunt for Player 12 (Brown) at (Center of down right <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
Unit - Create 1 Grunt for Player 12 (Brown) at (Center of down left <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
Unit - Create 1 Footman for Player 12 (Brown) at (Center of up right <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees

I've made them in different triggers, but it gives me the same thing

try specifying a region,make a region and get the trigger tomake the units there. thats a simple trigger, and it should work if you specify where and not just middle right or left center,

just try it, it might help u never kno man as far as what hes aying the com doesent tell him wat type of error, so he should try everything even my :nuts: ideas.

up right, up left, down right & down left are regions, just I've changed their names

HERE is the screenshot. I've cnanged some things in the trigger, but it use the same principle
EDIT: I think my World Editor is buggy, because when I disable trigger on working map, I cannot enable it Very bad for me

So your definetly using normal World Editor. WEU, WEE, Vexorians Caster Systems, lots of 'systems' from www.wc3sear.ch, Widgetsizer, anything that has a file called .mpq and Vexorians Map Optimizer can sometimes cause problems like that.

You trigger should be fine so my only advice is reinstalling Warcraft.
