Pain wasn't about some gory theme, or a "down-in-the-dumps"-like either. It was meant to show rebirth or cleansing through trial. o.o Guess it came off wrong.

People write some things because they want to, for emotional expression, for fun, and just for the hell of it.

If you don't like what's here, in my honest opinion...go complain somewhere else. I personally enjoy a great deal of what's written here, as for more 'positive' content...

If you want it, you write it, because unless someone feels like it, they're not going to.

Yeah, if I didn't write the very same stuff, it would really look like it. Since, however, I do like the stuff I write myself, and I do like a lot of stuff others write, your point is completely invalid.
