The game was poorly made to accomadate all the problems and different systems that people have. The game has strict requirements and you must fit them down to the line... So read Supported Chipsets and other fixes and please continue to play the game... Too bad... It isnt working for some..

yeah no kidding i got so mad at i returned it, and let's not mention they won't give my money back, instead they give me in store credit

That has to be the lamest STORE CREDIT! Like you really want there damn credit Perferbly i want cash in hand!

You have to understand that there are tons of people who copy the game .

I run a computer store and what i see on lame examples to return a game it is beyond believe .
We give the customer his/her money back if it can be really justified .

But the dozens of kids i try to see opening a halflife box to get the cd key ..hahaha insane .
Or the trick to keep exchanging the same game over and over again claiming there is a problem with the cd just to get the cd key .

or kids who buy a game and then come back the next day and just say .. i don't want this game my friend burned it yesterday for me so i don't need this game anymore .

Or kids asking can i copy this game with clone cd ??

But onething i totally have to agree too .. The min system specs on this game suck bigtime .
I sold BF1942 alot but everyone who bought it i politely asked to install the multi play demo first . or just asked what kinda computer they had .
course you get the usual answer . what kinda cpu i have ?? err i have windows 98 !
