Unit not moving

Yet another issue.

I've created a unit based off an SCV and it's not moving, well it moves if i bump into it with another unit.

Any ideas on why?

Does it have an existing Mover associated with it? Creating a new unit might end up giving you an Unknown mover

Does it have a Movement - Speed value greater than 0?

Ah it has no mover, how do i add one, without recreating the unit?
