Unit not selectable???

I need a unit not selectable for a custom trigger skill but i dont know how.I think in put a destructable with attack but i cant.In the destructables in the object editor i can choose not selectable in the game but in unit no.

PLs help me...


pd:My english is bad.Maybe selectable and destructables are not the corrrect words.And others words.I hope u undersrtand so u can help me.

Why do you want a unit to be unselectable? lol, i can probably help u if u tell me why u dont need him selected... -.-

1 example of using dummy units is for dummy sfx for triggered spells. the dummy unit has to be unselectable for the spell to be visually credible.

Tell me of what race is and what unit and the ¿¿¿¿¿¿FUNCTION????(is that right(function)).

undead. cryptlords ultimate ability. makes alot of inecsts fly around ans bit enemy units to heal the cryptlord.

Darg means the "little locust" actual ability. The locusts are actual units, but you cannot select them because they have the "Locust" ability. If you add it to a unit, it is unselectable, like the locust.

I should probably just take this moment to point out that my knowledge of the editor isn't really that great compared to some of the "expert" mapmakers in the community. There are guys who have gone through all the .j scripts in the mpq library and fully understand all the underlying JASS code for the editor (and the game).

There are also others who like to write their own little "mini add ons" to the editor code, like for example the backpack for items that can store as many items for the hero as you like (written by Darky and also weaddar).
