Unit to Hero

hero leveling

How can you make an ordinary troop in to a hero?? responed as soon as possible!

steps

1. make a hero
2. change all the hero stats to that of the unit
3. change the modle file and the game interface icons to the unit
4. change all the ablilities of the hero to that of a unit
5(A). if you don't want the unit to level do this
5(B).
if the unit is placed the select him for the actions, also if the units placed make the event map instalation

A: hero-set all experince to 0% for *hero* or hero-turn off exp gain for *hero*

But isnt the reason for making a unit into a hero for it to lvl? If he does like you say, he might as well keep the unit

also, heros can do different spells (and whats so bad about leveling (you get stronger, and can upgrade your spells (which is very helpful) and you can revive them, so you dont have to start over)) but you can just go to obj. editor, abilities, hero (or custom) and make it nither hero nor item ability (that means its a unit ability)
