Tim Burton is one of my favorite directors. I'm surprised it's not Danny Elfman doing the music, since those two pair up for a lot of movies (The two older Batmans, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Edward Scissorhands).
