update problem

umm ya hey, uh... i wanted to play online multiplayer for warcraft 3 frozen throne so i click the multiplayer button and it started downloading a update, so then it said to restart warcraft so i did but then this appeared

so then i said ok no problem just wont update, but then when i try to get back into multiplayer it starts downloading and the whole process starts over in an EVIL loop
 
this is the error im getting to but it says that it just failed to patch a map, which i think is because i dont have it.....because i searched for it and i couldnt find it....do you have a specific error thing in that little part that isnt showing in the pic?
 
nope sorry thats all that shows, i will try the patch but i dont know if it'll work so ill report back soon.

happened again is there any thib else i can try has anyone else successesfully patchde theirs?
 
that one was for RoC but i still cant download any of the TFT patches, only the simplified chinease one
 
i got the english patch but the same problem still occurs. o and im going to register under the name - hooger
 
Have you tried reinstalling the program then connecting to Battle.net and trying to let it patch automatically?
 
yea...... one problem bout that... im i kinda lost my one cd and the other one was scratched beyond repair so i downloaded both of them and used my cd-keys then a no cd patch so i kinda cant reinstall it anything else, cause if not im gonna have to reinstall it...
 
Sorry we don't support the no cd cracks here or the problems that they cause.

    this is the fix I get from that yeah this is hard to control. disabling bots is pretty much necessary as ai and other bots would push really old threads to the top. reduce weight of view count. disable guest view tracking if you really want to push active threads to the top. a bit of tinkering for a few days with the weights and other settings should get you a decent trending widget box.

    One thing I have noticed and I dont know if it is by design but like 1 out of 3 times I come to the site the Anubis screen just hangs open, if I refresh it will go away but sometimes it hangs

    Wow - the change in the stats are major. I kind of knew it was all bots but wow, to see the effect. Why the social media sites cant do something like this I have no idea.

    Probably inflates their numbers so they look better to advertisers.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots
