Van Helsing Project

I was thinking of making a Van Helsing Game based on the Film, does anyone know where i can find a Model for Van Helsing, i have the Wherewolf model, i just have to edit its skin so that it has the dark grey that He turns into, or could some1 introduce me to a program that I can use to make my own model or edit another model to look like him,oooh yess i'm going to need a crossbow model to . I think Medivh would be a good candidate to modify to look like him.
Please just throw your input at me, anything would be appreciated! Cheers
