variable help

Hi! Im trying to use a trigger similar to this but i dont no how to set it up.

I would like for player 1 to type a number then store that number as a variable. I don't know where the trigger is to make whatever the number that player 1 types up to become a variable interger.

Please tell me what Event and Action to put. (I don't need any conditions for this trigger)
