Vehicle respawn times

If I run a server is there any way i can change it to make vehicles respawn right away after a person gets in one and drives away? I ask this because I just played a version of the map The Coral Sea where it was an all plane battle, they just kept respawing after a person got in one and it was really cool. Just wondering how you do it.

    I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
