Vision Spell Need Help!

Okay I thought that this would be an easy trigger but its not I cant get it to work. I have used all kinds of ways and none work for me.

This is the spell:

Marcus uses his GPS to find all unallied heros on the map for a limited time. Gives Vision to Marcus for a limited time.

[Level 1] Lasts 10 seconds.

[Level 2] Lasts 20 seconds.

[Level 3] Lasts 30 seconds.

[Level 4] Lasts 40 seconds.

[Level 5] Lasts 60 seconds.

Please Help Me I have no clue what to do nothing I do seems to Work.
For some reason i thought this would be easy but its not.....

Whops for got to add that

• Recon Good
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Finishes casting an ability
  • Conditions
    • (Ability being cast) Equal to Recon
  • Actions
    • Set ReconUnit = (Casting unit)
    • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
      • If - Conditions
        • (Level of Recon for ReconUnit) Equal to 1
        • ((Triggering unit) belongs to an ally of Player 1 (Red)) Equal to True
      • Then - Actions
        • Player Group - Pick every player in PlayersScourge and do (Actions)
          • Loop - Actions
            • Unit - Grant shared vision of (Picked unit) to (Owner of ReconUnit)
      • Else - Actions

1: Change (Casting Unit) to (Triggering Unit)

2: You used Player Groups to pick units? Try using a Unit Group with a filter for the unit being owned by a player in that force.
