W98se mouse delay required

hi, i wonder if anyone can help, i want to introduce a 10-20 second delay on the movement of the mouse pointer at network user logon. I need this delay to stop children clicking on icons before all the tray icon programs have loaded.
basically i want to freeze the movement of the mouse for a set amount of seconds at each logon, does anyone know a way to do this either with some script or registry tweaking?. I am using winsuite security software, so the w98 machine can take a while to load with pop-up killers, screen grab, anti virus software etc.

I dunno of a software that'll allow you to do that, but I always tell my younger brothers not to click on anything until the HD light stops blinking/lighting up. Works every time...give that a shot =)

thanks for the idea, but a class of 30, no chance, i sometimes think they are trying to test the machine to destruction.
