I have a bunch of NUON pens and would like to give them away to the community. These are nice Cross pens (black ink). Photo attached. Also see Kev's post on this page for another shot.

I'm only asking you to pay for the cost of postage and PayPal fees. For US residents it will be $3. For those overseas it will be $5. Send PayPal payment to [email protected]. If you want to pay by other means then please contact me directly.

Limit one per person.

I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw an update in the front page! hehe. Well I definitely want a pen, I'll send for it when i get back late afternoon from work.

They really are nice pens. :)
Just received mine not too long ago. :thup:

(I would have gotten a few controllers had I known they were still available. May still inquire however...)

The only controllers I have left are likely non-functional. I will send them anywhere for the price of postage.

That pen is nice. Not sure why I never got one. If there's any still available I'll take one. I didn't realize your last post was from 2010 - LOL.

Yeah that is my bad :) I was looking at whos online and somebody was viewing the post and I saw the pen and just had to chime in on it. I did not notice the date but I pretty much knew he did not have anymore. Sorry about that.

These are those high quality Cross Pens and they have an awesome NUON logo on them. Unfortunately, the one I have not is not pristine some chick I had over grabbed it and used it to write something. I made her aware of the rarity of her writing utensil but still she said it was an extra special writing experience :) Cross pens are like that.

    How can you tell the difference between real traffic and indexing or AI generation bots?

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

    Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality

    Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
